By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions provided below: Prior to making a purchase, it is essential to read and comprehend these terms thoroughly.  
 
Section 1. I verify that I have chosen the correct product and quantity for my order. I understand that any modifications made to my order during processing could lead to its cancellation or shipping delays. 
Section 2. I confirm the accuracy of my shipping address and email details. I acknowledge that I am entirely responsible for providing the correct addresses and accept all consequences related to inaccurate addresses, including additional reshipping costs and restocking fees. Please be informed that address changes are only feasible within a specific timeframe. Once an order is marked as fulfilled, the address cannot be altered.
 
Section 3. I comprehend that if my provided address is incorrect, my order may be returned to the seller and could incur a restocking fee. 
Section 4. Kabod Life is not accountable for any missed or rescheduled deliveries by UPS/USPS or any other shipping carrier. 
Section 5. I understand that I have a 7 day period to reach out to Kabod Life regarding any quality-related concerns or manufacturing defects. During this timeframe, the consideration of an exchange or replacement is possible. It is advisable to promptly examine received packages. Kabod Life will not be held responsible for packages left unattended in parcel lockers or outdoors for extended periods post-delivery. This also includes Sea Moss gel that is not refrigerated immediately or transferred to a freezer-safe container before freezing. Delivery dates are estimates and determined by the carrier. Packages may arrive earlier or later than expected. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package is received and refrigerated upon delivery. 
Section 6. In instances where a refund or replacement is sought due to product damage or quality issues, customers must provide tangible evidence of the damage. Without the necessary proof of damage as outlined above, Kabod Life cannot process refunds or replacements. It is the customer's responsibility to submit the required proof promptly. 
Section 7. I acknowledge that all sales are final, and cancellations are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. 
Section 8. Failing to cancel a subscription order before the renewal date will result in an order that cannot be refunded or canceled. 
Section 9. Kabod Life is not responsible for individual preferences, such as taste, texture, smell, or immediate results upon product usage.
Section 10. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.  
Section 11. We Reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and /or orders that use the same billing and /or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and /or address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transaction and contact you as needed.
