Our sea moss comes from the beautiful island of St. Lucia, grown in its natural environment without human interaction.

We recommend 1-2 tablespoon as an adult. This can be based on how active you are. If you are a person active throughout your day, 2 tablespoon may be preferred to replace minerals in your body from physical activity. Not so active, 1 tablespoon is okay. (Please do not double-dip as this add bacteria to the jar).

Most definitely! Sea moss is all natural. We do recommend 1 teaspoon for toddlers. Sea moss can also be added to their favorite foods and drinks. Just another great way to experience the benefits of sea moss.

Each individual will experience varying results as each person's body processes things differently and each case is unique. It is essential to stay committed and consistent in order to fully appreciate the positive impact these incredible products can have on your journey to improved health and well-being.

Sea Moss Gel should be refrigerated upon arrival. Allow the sea moss gel to gel in the refrigerator. Sea moss gel is good for up to 4-6 weeks refrigerated or up to 6 months in the freezer.

Note: if freezed and taken out of the freezer, be sure to allow your sea moss time to defrost properly for 2-3 hours before consuming. This will help maintain the gel consistency.

We do not ship to PO box due to the nature of our products. It must be sent to a physical address.

Our sea gel texture is one of the things our customers love. Texture is smooth: never clumpy.

Yes you can but most of our herb base sea moss gel products such as bladder wrack, burdock and soursop should not be taken while pregnant or breastfeeding, without consulting your healthcare professional first.

While sea moss is all natural, we do recommend consulting with your medical doctor and conducting your own research regarding the potential drug interactions.

Sea moss, being a whole food is merely absorbed by the body compared with multivitamins, Sea moss contains up to 92 of the 102 mineral that our bodies require, offering a more comprehensive range of nutrients than most multivitamins. While most multivitamins contain preservatives, binders, and fillers, sea moss is natural, unprocessed food source without any additives.
